REFUND & COURSE FEE POLICY
1. Three-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SK Technologies offers a three (3) calendar-day money-back guarantee on the student’s first course-fee payment. The three-day period starts on the date the first course-fee payment is successfully received. To request a refund under this guarantee, the student must contact us in writing within those three calendar days and provide their name, registered phone number, course and payment proof.
We will verify the payment and eligibility, then communicate the decision and processing steps. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible, or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
This guarantee applies only to the first course-fee payment. It does not automatically apply to later instalments, renewals, third-party charges or separately purchased services. Any registration fee or other non-refundable charge must be clearly disclosed before payment and must comply with applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Requests After the Three-Day Period
A request made after the guarantee period will be reviewed individually, considering the services delivered, attendance and course progress, payments received, written course terms and applicable law. A refund is not automatic solely because a student stops attending or does not complete the course. If a student cannot continue or believes they cannot complete the course, they should contact us promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.
3. Course Completion
Students are expected to attend classes, complete learning activities and follow the agreed batch schedule. Students who cannot complete the course should notify SK Technologies as soon as possible. Any refund or other resolution will be assessed under the three-day guarantee, applicable written course terms and applicable law.
4. Fee Clearance at 70% Course Progress
When a student reaches approximately 70% of the scheduled course/classes, all outstanding course fees must be paid before the student can progress to the next stage/module or continue into the next portion of training, as applicable. We will communicate the fee balance and payment deadline clearly before restricting progression. This clause does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Instalments and Overdue Payments
Where an instalment plan is agreed, students should pay each instalment by the communicated due date. If a payment is overdue, SK Technologies may contact the student and, after reasonable notice, temporarily pause further classes, course access or progression until the overdue amount is resolved, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
6. Placement Assistance — No Job Guarantee
SK Technologies provides placement assistance only, which may include resume guidance, interview preparation, job alerts, career guidance or sharing relevant opportunities where available. Placement assistance does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, a specific employer or a job within a particular period. Hiring decisions depend on the student’s skills, performance, eligibility, market conditions and employer requirements.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send your request in writing to info@sktechlearn.com. Include your full name, registered phone number, course name, payment date, amount paid, transaction/reference number and reason for the request. Keep a copy of the request and payment proof. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
8. Policy Changes and Legal Rights
We may update this policy for future enrolments. The terms communicated and accepted at enrolment will be considered together with applicable law. If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, those requirements will prevail.
